A’awen, ‘support’ in Arabic, is our patient treatment support program that provides medical assistance to UAE-based patients in need. The program alleviates some of the financial burden on patients, enabling them to focus on their recovery and well-being.

Every patient is unique, and our healthcare network provides treatment plans tailored to patients’ individual needs in line with our ‘Patient First’ value. Our goal is to ensure that every patient, regardless of their financial circumstances, receives the best possible care so they can focus on their recovery and well-being.

Required documents for application:

Applicants are required to provide the following documents:

1- A written letter explaining the health, social and financial status
2- Medical report with treatment plan and the estimated cost (recent report).
3- Salary certificate from the workplace of the patient or primary income earner (or equivalent).
4- Bank statement for the last 6 months (or equivalent).
5- Lease agreement (if the person is not the owner of the residence).
6- Copy of the passport, residency, and ID card of the patient, the primary income earner and the rest of his family.

Note: Upon receipt of all the required documents, the file will be sent to the relevant department and you may be asked to submit additional documents to complete the application.
